Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the NaviVision website and public materials. They also explain important limits around investment, hiring, software, real estate, and partnership information shared on this site.

Last updated: May 24, 2026

Who these Terms apply to

These Terms apply when you access navivision.net, download public brand materials, review public portfolio information, submit an inquiry, or otherwise interact with NaviVision through this website.

Separate written agreements, engagement letters, statements of work, employment documents, investment documents, leases, nondisclosure agreements, or partner agreements control if they conflict with these Terms.

Use of the website

You may use this website for lawful informational purposes. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at unreasonable volume, introduce malicious code, misrepresent your identity, or use the site to violate the rights of NaviVision or others.

No professional, investment, or legal advice

Content on this site is general information about NaviVision and its areas of work. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, real estate, employment, recruiting, or technical advice.

References to investments, startups, real estate, companies, portfolio concepts, software opportunities, or market views are not an offer to sell securities, a solicitation to buy securities, investment advice, or a commitment to complete any transaction.

Inquiries, opportunities, and submissions

If you contact NaviVision about hiring, talent, software, real estate, investing, partnerships, or other opportunities, you are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the information you submit.

Submitting information does not create a client relationship, employment relationship, agency relationship, fiduciary duty, partnership, confidentiality obligation, or commitment by NaviVision unless a separate written agreement says so.

  • Do not submit confidential, proprietary, health, financial account, government ID, or highly sensitive personal information unless NaviVision has specifically requested it through an appropriate secure process.
  • Candidate and recruiting communications do not guarantee interviews, placement, employment, compensation, sponsorship, or continued consideration.
  • Founder, investment, acquisition, and real estate inquiries do not create exclusivity, funding commitments, advisory duties, broker duties, or transaction obligations.

Software, SaaS, and operating services

The site may describe software, SaaS, workflow, consulting, operating, or product-development capabilities. Public descriptions are informational and do not create service levels, support obligations, security commitments, delivery timelines, warranties, or implementation duties.

Any paid service, product access, software build, advisory work, or operational engagement must be governed by a separate written agreement that defines scope, fees, ownership, confidentiality, support, data handling, and other commercial terms.

Intellectual property and brand materials

The NaviVision name, logos, site design, text, graphics, downloads, and other materials are owned by NaviVision or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and reference public materials for ordinary informational purposes. Brand assets may be used only in a truthful, non-misleading way that identifies NaviVision and does not imply endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, employment, investment, or approval without written permission.

Third-party links and portfolio references

This site may link to third-party websites, app stores, social platforms, portfolio companies, vendors, or partner resources. NaviVision is not responsible for third-party content, policies, availability, security, or practices.

References to companies, products, partners, investments, or portfolio activity may change over time and should not be treated as a complete, current, or audited list of NaviVision holdings, relationships, services, or obligations.

Privacy and communications

Use of the site is also covered by the NaviVision Privacy Policy. If you send an inquiry, NaviVision may use the information you provide to review and respond to the request, route it internally, maintain business records, and protect the site and organization.

By contacting NaviVision, you agree that NaviVision may respond using the contact details you provide. You are responsible for ensuring you have authority to share any information submitted on behalf of another person or organization.

Availability, accuracy, and changes

NaviVision works to keep the site useful, but does not guarantee that content is complete, current, error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or available at all times. NaviVision may update, remove, redirect, or change site content, links, features, and these Terms at any time.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or security.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NaviVision will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, lost-profit, lost-data, business-interruption, or similar damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.
